Head Instructor

As one of the most senior and pre-eminent instructors in the Armasseum, Grigor has seen many generations of Firstborn come and go, and come back again in more numbers than fingers on a hand. Whatever his teaching methods are, they seem to work and Grigor knows it. As far as he's concerned, his word is absolute and anyone who fails to listen is a fool. Not even veterans of Koragnier are exempt from admonishment.

Stern, rigid and imperious, Grigor has absolutely no time to spare for nonsense, not when he's personally ensuring that the thousands of Firstborn under his charge make it through the Armasseum alive, even if that means leaving some of them behind. To him, the weakest link should be built up or swiftly abandoned, lest they cost more valuable lives.

Priorities, tactics, ruthless pragmatism and the ability to make snap decisions under intense pressure, these are the things Grigor has and always will teach, primarily because those are the qualities that will see a Firstborn through even Koragnier, the battle of literal hell on Earth. At the end of the day, it is sharpness of mind that is humanity's greatest weapon, not strength of arm or steel, and Grigor would have every warrior use it.
