Hikari is anything but your average girl. In fact, she's quite the walking contradiction. As soon as you think you have her all figured out, she surprises you by changing her attitude up a bit. She never likes sticking to one thing, so you can see her changing things up a lot. However, there are a few constants in her life. One of those things is definitely technology. Hikari loves browsing the net, gaming, listening to music, making music, and experimenting with digital art. She collects various hobbies, most of which wouldn't be possible without her handy electric devices.
She comes off as quite headstrong and steadfast upon first meetings, for the girl has no filter. She can hide how she's feeling, for she has a decent amount of control over her emotions, but she enjoys being a more turbulent and unpredictable type. Her mood changes like the wind, and it takes a lot to keep her interested in something for an extended amount of time. She gets bored easily with things that aren't among her various hobbies; especially when they deal with people. Hikari isn't exactly antisocial, but she does think that interacting with people can be a hassle.
Hikari tends to be quite lazy when it comes to doing certain things. Chores, for one thing, don't come to her easily. She absolutely hates cleaning up after herself, which usually leaves her room in disarray. However, when she knows she needs to get things done, she gets them done, and she doesn't allow her surroundings to become a total pigsty. How could she focus on all her computer work if her environment is chaotic? No, even she has her standards of organization. It may seem totally out of place to someone else, but, to her, it's just the right amount of messy.
She may not seem like it due to her overly relaxed and easygoing nature, but Hikari is actually quite reliable when it comes down to it. Due to the fact that she doesn't want to depend on anyone else, she has to be dependable herself. One may not realize it until they talk to her themselves, but Hikari actually gives very wonderful advice and guidance. She can be blunt with her words at times, but she still has some sensitivity to her. She knows when to show a softer side, though she also knows when to be stern. All in all, Hikari is a balance between many things.
Hikari can actually make quite the role model, for she's the very definition of confidence, though she doesn't possess a large amount of vanity. While she's sure of her talents and skills, she doesn't take them for granted, nor does she look down on others or believe herself to be above everyone else. Hikari loves to tease and joke around, which can give people the wrong impression at times, but she's actually quite modest and humble when she feels like it. You just have to catch her in the right mood and never make the mistake of thinking that this girl is just one thing.

Active Abilities:
Hikari is able to "download" things into the world. This is a form of creation, for anything she's seen (real or imaginary, and specifically from a technological source) can be brought into reality. From clothes she saw on a website to some adorable creature she found in a video game; she can create it with her mind. She also can connect minds together, able to speak in another's mind and hear their response. It's form of telepathy, similar to an internal phone call. This also allows her to read minds, but to a point. She hasn't mastered this skill as of yet, and it's hard to manage.
Passive Abilities:
Hikari can perform as a human charger. Any sort of technology, if within a close distance of her, will remain charged at all times. Cellphones, laptops, tablets, you name it; she's practically like a humanoid power source. Power outage? No problem. If it's near Hikari, it'll be ready for use at any time; internet, power, and all. Not to mention, she can use electric devices without actually touching them. Hikari is also able to hack into devices by this connection with technology and her mind, as well. No matter how powerful the firewall, it can't block her hacking abilities.
Negative Traits:
Hikari will feel extremely uncomfortable if she's without technology. Without her devices, she'll grow anxious and scatter-brained. She won't be able to relax, and it'll be very difficult for her to focus. This is why she always has at least one or two of her devices in hand, regardless of where ever she is. Not to mention, Hikari isn't quite the physical fighter. She's frail, and her fragile nature will only grow as time passes. She isn't fast, either, so making an escape will be hard without a creation. Using her abilities too much also wears her out, so she needs plenty of rest.
Other Details:
While actively using her abilities, rainbow circuit-like lines will appear on the side of Hikari's face and on her hands and arms. Her eyes will fluctuate between various vivid colors, and her nails will glow in rainbow hues. Hikari also has a specially made device for using her abilities. It can perform as a pocket-size laptop, cell phone, and camera. It's mainly what she uses as reference for her creations. Anything she sees on that device can be brought into the world, whether it's from a realistic or fantasy setting. Without it, creation would be difficult, but not impossible.
