Other: He wears glasses like superman for his normal self, though his darken and lighten according to the brightness.  He at first did not wear a costume, but soon found himself in a light-blue skin-tight suit with a long white coat and the letters OHY written in bold crimson surrounded by yellow.

He is self-centered, jealous and a sly speaker, often saying things to make others feel appreciated, but in such a way that he still sees himself as having all the credit.  “I consider…” being one of his more popular phrases, followed by some sort of title, acknowledgement or compliment to someone.  His obsession with superiority further exposes itself in the manner in which he speaks while in costume, mimicking that of old heroes and comicbooks.  When speaking as a mere mortal, he is far more professional and less dramatic, but both fairly bland in a way.  He is always on time and able to predict responses, making him a fairly good psychologist and manipulator.

Ink bombs for blinding, a sword (with which he does his trademark beheading), the ability to fly, the ability to cause mass hypnosis over the weak-minded, and this is just at the moment.  He is aiming to be a god.

In highschool he was a part of the news anchor program and used, as he termed, “scoopers” to find out the latest events, putting their name, but always his as well, on the report.  He figured out what people wanted to hear and then sent them out to do the legwork, so he never really considered them to be the reason for success.  This bit him in the butt three years later as one of the papers mentioned information regarding a secret government program, the student of which knew and wanted to teach Mart a lesson.  Instead, they kidnapped Mart and altered him with what they called “the Dive”, placing him in a tank of genetic-adding material, before releasing him to see its affects outside of a vacuum.  Within the year, he started developing abilities and, with a mention from a scooper, he related himself to superman, not to the strange dream.  After they collected knowledge on superheroes, he even did an interview with himself as an introduction to the world of his powers and was subsequently recruited to the AoS.

Because of his track record, he was quickly promoted to an honorary position and is the face of most interviews.

His superhero name is Oheo and he wants to surpass Superman as the most well-known superhero in America.
