He has an A.B. degree with highest honors in political science from Harvard College, M.A. and PhD degrees from Harvard University, and all while acting as a consultant to the Director of the Psychological Strategy Board.  He later became the Associate Director of the Center for Internal Affairs, a consultant to the Operations Coordinating Board to the National Security Council, and was also the Study Director of Nuclear Weapons and Foreign policies at the CFR.  He worked as a director of the Special Studies Project for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and was Director of the Harvard Defense Studies Program and of the Harvard International Seminar.  He served as a consultant to several government agencies and advisor to the Governor of New York, before finally becoming the National Security Advisor and Secretary of State, having great ties and insistence to the Academy for Superheroes.
