happy-go-lucky, carefree, loves her power of ice, loves to cook but sucks,

Magic ability[Optional]: water, can breath underwater, turn it to boil or freeze. If there is no moisture or water, she can't use her power.


History
Bios: Effie's father disappeared when she was young. Then at age nine her mother died, she turned into an orphan after her mom died giving birth. Had a hard life at the orphanage, though she did learn about her powers, she stayed there until she met a man named Jordan adopted her, bringing her to the magic school.
