To enable her to walk without a purse at all times she wears a leather fanny pack around her waist that holds everything she needs. And like a woman's purse, it holds her most valued possessions including money, school ID, her cellphone, cigarettes, lighter, pepper spray, keys, her ipod and headphones, a pen, gum, and other items that are frankly none of your business. Underneath the school skirt she wears a white netted skirt with tassels. And on her legs she wears navy leggings with leather belt snaps to hold them up at the middle of her thighs.

This little trouble maker doesn't know the meaning behind authority. She is a very snarky individual, always getting herself into some sort of trouble. Whether it be being caught smoking on school grounds or getting caught with her skirt down in a broom closet with a fellow student of ARC Academy. And although she has the brains to do almost anything she would like to, she prefers to use her youth to create mayhem and live her life the way she wants to. Without the influence of any of her elders. She doesn't deserve respect or trust from anyone, and she doesn't demand it from anyone.

REPUTATION: Charlotte as a tendency to make a rather vivacious impression, with both the student body and the faculty. Like previously stated, she is a trouble maker and that is what light she held in. Girls seem to steer clear of her, but her lively demeanor seem to draw a crowd -mostly from the males-, so she's really never alone. Almost everyone in the school knows what she does in her spare time and the type of people she hangs out with. And although it's not completely condoned, they tend to turn a blind eye to these sort of activities.
MEMOIRS: She is originally from the bright city of San Francisco although she grew up around the country. Until she was 10 she went with her father on his business trips and was home schooled and mostly under the supervision of a Nanny. Her mother had passed away when she was a young girl at the age of five and her father didn't want to let her out of his sight. That was until at least he found another woman to marry. Charlotte was introduced to Ally Gere, a slim woman with a soft face and high eyebrows, and new her brother, 1 year older than her, a fair haired boy with dark eyes and a creepy smile.
After this, the family settled back down in the city of San Francisco. Charlotte continued her home schooling until she was 15 and went to a middle school in the last year before high school. The culture shock of being put into public school at such a late time in her life, didn't have a very positive effect. Charlotte began to hang out with the wrong sort of people and got into some pretty exhausting activities, both physically and mentally. Her grades began to fall, and although her father threatened to pull her out of public school Charlotte always seemed to get her way.
Her father got a job in the small town of St. Jeanne's and Charlotte was enrolled in the ARC Academy along with her step-brother; who was little mr. perfect in the parents' eyes (if only they knew...). It wasn't until they were enrolled that there seemed to be a shift in Charlotte's actions.
