The Leader
Despite only being a pair with his partner, Ling still takes it upon himself to act as the leader figure between the two. To keep Joanne calm and settled by being her mouths. Unlike the Joanne, he is more talkative and more friendly-speaking. Ling is also the one who calls the shots, performs negotiation and conversation, as well as comes up with the ideas. With his second nature, he also take upon himself to tease his partner every once in a while.

The Forked Tongue of a Snake
The kitsune eyes pretty much represent who he truly is. Sly, cunning, and devious. Always tries to stay out of trouble and fixes any problem using dirty method. If actions can be bought with money, he would offer it; If cheap shots were to stop fights, he would use it; If a conversation was taking too long to finish, he would give an obvious lie. This was how he was selected to be part of the Agent Student mission. This personality of his will surely piss many people off. He also have a habit of giving one creepy laugh.

Gone too Far
Just because he is always seen smiling and devious does not mean he is invulnerable to his emotions. When he gets seriously pissed off, he takes actions a bit too far. Most of this is seen through combat. If he were to fight while being pissed, he would go as far as transforming the victim into a pool of blood. But to avoid being kicked out of Sorcerers, he mostly tries his best to keep that side of him locked.

Magic Ability: Invisible Punches
This is pretty hard to explain. Let me give you an example. Imagine that I am trying to jab you in the face and you ended up dodging it by moving back. You expected nothing to come out of it, but, for some strange reason you actually felt a punch to the face. How is that possible?

By focusing one's Ki to the upper part of the body, Ling can create burst of wind based upon the speed, distance, and acceleration of a punch. Then the burst manifests into punch-like damages. The minimum requirement for Ling to be able to send his "Invisible Punches" flying is to send a punch that travels 10cm in half a second, thus creating a light jab towards the intended direction of the punch. The punch either becomes stronger based on the distance of his knuckles travelled or faster by the shortest time it takes to pull off minimum distance. All of this is done by bare fist. Most damaging is when the physical punches do connect.

Ability's Weaknesses
The punches itself can not be swerve or work with uppercuts and hooks. Ling must be able to punch at a straight motion in order to pull his punches off.

The maximum distance the punch can travel is 2 metre from a swing. The punches grows weaker the farther it travels. However, his big punches will still do quite a bit of damage.

This power requires all of his Ki to be moved to his upper body. Meaning his lower body is a bit weaker and will be dealt a lot of pain if hits were made there.

Ling Yuan He was born and raised in the rural farmlands of China. Nothing much came out of his childhood, always having to work and attend school. He was given no real freedom. Ling was lucky to be born an only child, thus he did not have any troublesome siblings to stop him from becoming devious. It was because of Ling's lack of freedom and the advance education from the schools that he developed a Tom Sawyer like livelihood. He soon developed simple ideas and trickery that helped him avoid work and school. Thus by the age of 10, he was a perfect replication of Tom Sawyer. However, he still does his own farm work to keep his parents in check with him.

Two years later, Ling picked up kung-fu. (Not martial arts) He soon developed the power to create invisible punches which he had used many time to win in fights against some young and old villagers. It was not until years later he was told that his powers were considered "Magic." Being able to create some very powerful punches, a young Ling was recruited by an organization that sought young talents for their ulterior purposes. In order to leave behind his current livelihood of work and school, he decided to take the organization's offer and abandoned his parents.

Studying under the watchful eyes of the organization in combat, knowledge, and magic, he moved up the ranks of his peers and went on to be elites along with a young girl who he is paired up with. The two somehow got along and worked on many of the organization's mission and was given a very special one. That mission is to become "Agent Students" of Sorcerers, representing the organization to better themselves and to fulfil a list of mandate outlined by the organization. But what sort of involvement does the organization want with Sorcerers?
