Synopsis
A guardian of the royal dungeon

Description
Name: Ellia
Age: 24
Birth Date: Unknown
Gender: Female
Hair: Shining, straight black hair that she typically wears pulled back into a single braid.
Eyes: Dark grey
Skin: Pale, from living entirely indoors
Body Type: Muscular, that of an athlete
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 135
Distinguishing Marks: A light scar stretches across her right shoulder and upper back, a vestige of combat practice.
Dress: Basic leather armor, protecting her lower legs, forearms, stomach and chest. These plates are worn over a dark blue overdress and breeches. Her feet are covered with thick leather slippers.

Personality
Ellia isn't a complicated person: She follows the state religion tirelessly, obeys orders without question, and remains blindly obedient to the King. She has been described by fellow guards as rather dull and a little slow witted. She lacks curiosity and imagination. Instead, she focuses her energy on improving her body as much as possible and being the best guard she can be. Her ambition is only to please.

When confronted, Ellia's first instinct is to resort to physical violence. She has been trained in hand-to-hand combat and uses this knowledge to win petty arguments. She will always hit first and think later, if she decides to think at all.

Equipment / Abilities
Ellia is known for her keen sense of hearing. Her job as a guard is to listen outside the dungeon door for prisoner whisperings, in order to best catch any rebellion plots before they can hatch. Her ears are her best asset and make her a valuable member of the guards.

Ellia has also been trained in close combat. She is strong (so much as her gender and height permit) and isn't afraid of fighting. Able to use her fists in a pinch, she is also able to fight with a shortsword, a basic club, and a quarterstaff. She was amazed by bows and arrows as a child, always wishing to learn how to use them, but this skill was never practical for her line of work.
