White(Good personality):Timid, shy, scared of most.
Black(Bad personality): Ticked off, sadistic, headstrong.

Telekensis (lifting and manipulating things with his mind), vision distortion(he doesn't go invisible but the light around him is distorted so unless you're looking right at him you won't see him), mental blasts(shoot energy from his forehead[can reveal position if using distortion as well]), Reading minds(cannot use mental blasts when reading)


History
Jere's parents were killed when an exceptionally armed individual robbed their home. Both parents fought the man and ultimately all three individuals died. Jere witnessed the whole thing but refused to say anything to the police so they had no choice but to lock the 14 year old up. He broke out and  lived on the streets for a while till they caught up with him at age 17. somebody seemed to take interest in him because the next time he faced the judge his was simply given two choices he chose what he thought would be the better choice.
