Friends of the subject note that Miss Riley Belmont was a friendly and outgoing person, except when she was around her parents.  Friends claim that while she was around them, the female became very quiet and reserved, only speaking when she was spoken to.  Friends say that even though Miss Belmont seemed happy, it was not hard to see beyond the facade and show she was putting on.  Yet they say that her hidden sadness did not hinder her ability and joy in meeting new people and making new friends.

Family members of the subject claim that the parents boasted that their child was 'perfect' and how she would never harm a fly, though the female would tell them differently.  She would go into detail on her pains and life, those matters which she had hidden away from those that had raised her.  Family members could see the emotions she was holding back when it came to the participation in high stress and physical activities at school.  She was an obedient child, her grades surpassing those of her peers, though she did not get out as often as her family viewed she should to learn 'street smarts'.

Previous notions and conceptions of one (1) Riley Belmont have been proven false.  After anger took over and she lashed out at her family, immediate actions were taken and the young adult was transferred to a new facility, removing her danger from those of normal ranking society.  Subject has been deemed as armed and dangerous, her leadership skills, cunning attitude and knowledge putting her as a high threat persons.  When subject is located, it is important to not engage in conversation with this person and to act swiftly to subdue her.  Kill on location.

Hand-to-hand Combat: Subject is trained in martial arts.  Noted to have taken many different forms of hand-to-hand combat training for many years, earning highest ranks and regards in each, before joining the military.  Subject is noted to have taken a variety of activities in school which has also lead to high endurance and flexibility.

Weapons Specialist: Military training lead to high degree of learning of the use, maintenance and creation of many weapons both known and held as top secret to the government.  Fellow soldiers noted that her interest in new weaponry posed as both an awe as well as frightening by the means in which she followed out her ideas.

Intellect: Subject possess a wide variety of weapon skills and tactical knowledge, though friends claim that the female seems to have difficulties with everyday tasks such as Microwave Popcorn.  Subject lacks all ability to cook or understand simply concepts of many homemakers.


History
History
Subject is noted to having been the eldest child of two, living in a large mansion on the coast.  Parents worked with major businesses causing the family to move often to new locations of operations.  It is noted that parents wised for their daughter to follow in their footsteps.  They had urged and pushed her to excel in her studies, friends claiming that this urging also lead to physical harm of the subject.  Miss Belmont is said to have joined many school functions and activities to stay away from home; it is noted that the subject was also romantically involved with a male during her high school years.  Friends note that this male had raped Miss Belmont and was also physically and mentally abusive to the female.  Subject left the relationship but the male still attacked her while at school or when finding her in town.  In order to get away from the abuse from the male, subject convinced parents to send her off to military school, claiming that it would further define her into the woman that they wished for her to be.

Subject completed last few years of primary education within the facility, graduating two years earlier than the rest of her peers.  Academy continued her education once she enlisted within their forces.  Subject remained there for a few years as war broke out.  Miss Belmont was permitted a short leave to visit with family and friends before she was to be sent out among the first deployed to assist in weapons training and development of many of the lower ranking troops.  It is to be noted that Miss Belmont served as a Major to her military branch of operation.  Academy notes on record that subject did not wish to take this leave and suggested being deployed early.

Subject was forced to take some time of leave as subject had not left the academy in many years.  Upon returning home, family noted that parents had commented on how much quieter their daughter had become, that she did not seem the same.  A few days later, police report went out that parents of the subject were found murdered within their own seaside home, subject was missing from the scene.  Upon location, capture, interrogation, and trial, it was deemed that subject was guilty and viewed as armed and dangerous for her rank and weapon knowledge. 

(1) Academy claimed that subject was of a stable mind and defended her.

(2) Younger brother defended saying that his elder sister was avoiding their parents.

(3) Witnesses claim seeing a figure of her height and stature leaving the home shortly before the bodies were located by the mailman.

(4) Male, by the name of Garrett, claimed to have seen the woman in town the day of the murder and that she had seemed mentally insane.

(5) Medical examination of the female shows that she did have feelings of angst held towards her parents.

Court order maximum containment and the removal of subject from normal holding facilities.  It was ordered that female was to be dishonorably discharged.  Subject was sent to new prison facility located on Jupiter.
