In his "regular" Neko form he stands at about 5'2" his ears pushing that height to almost 5'4". He's lean with a lot of muscle but by no means thin.Minus The cat ears and tail he could pass for any other 21 year old on the street

He can change his forms from his regular appearance to a smallish black cat with white tipped paws and a white diamond on his chest.   He cannot change from the cat form, however, if he's in a space too small for his regular form to fit in.
