Cael is the only child of Matan and Julera Warfthon. His father is the youngest son of three of a medium sized merchant family. Cael was supposed to be a merchant just like his father and grandfather and therefore he received high education. Cael however sought his own way and leaved his family and went to Cann. His parents got heartbroken when he left and they still hope he'll come back. Cael's often in contact with his parents and telling them how he's doing.

After several years he became hired at the royal court where he did various high profile, sometimes secret, work.
