Sprawled out on the green lawn, the handsome blonde cast his eyes to the sky. As they flicked about taking in the sights, a bead of sweat soon appeared as he heard a noise he hated - the sound of freshmen coming to the school. Eyebrow twitching and a scowl coming onto his face, his body shot up as he glanced about. However where they making this much noise, he questioned to himself.

Rather than taking it as a cue to get up and do his job, Aiden went back to relaxing. His body was making a nice indent in the tall grass (it was about three inches tall) and it seemed so right. At peace, Aiden dared to close his eyes, but that only lasted for a moment as he heard the sound of heels clicking on the cobblestone path.

Again, he sat up and allowed his eyes to adjust to the scene before him. There were gorgeous flowers surrounding his body. Reds, blues, violets, yellows, oranges, if you could think of a color, it was probably there. Aiden was a sucker for roses and lilies, which, to his strategic planning, were on his left and right, respectively.

Folding his legs beneath him, his now shaded eyes (he slipped his sunglasses on) twisted toward the direction of an underclassmen. Although they weren't a first year, they were still way below his level.

"Yo," was all he managed to get out. He really wasn't in the mood for any ideal chit chat. The morning was too peaceful to ruin with the informal talks that would eventually dot his afternoon and evening. Rolling his eyes, he flopped back into the outline he had just created with the weight of his body.

  2. Characters in this post:
*A seven foot three girl with fiery razor cut locks and burning carnelian eyes entered the garden, crossing her arms in contempt for the male laying in the grass. It was clear from first glance that he was one of those indolent upperclassmen who were all pompous because of their status, but he wasn't too bad looking so she'd be keeping an eye on him. That didn't mean she'd be falling for his edgy jerk ways though....*

I guess a layabout like you wouldn't know where the Shape-shifter dorm is, would you?

  3. Characters in this post:
His golden-green eyes darted over to the woman before him. She seemed frail and innocent. It would be a shame if she lost all that purity in one hour of her arrival. Zipping his mind so that his perverse ways wouldn't frighten the lass, he took a stance beside her. Back arched out some and arms folded over his chest, he smirked.

"The name's Aiden DeKay. I'm the Student Head of the Alchemist House. Allow me the honor of showing you to your quarters. Although, it is a shame this beautiful morning must be wasted on packing and other boring things. Might I interest you in a small stroll around the garden before we seek our your room?"

A slick talker like himself would surely get any woman to do as he suggested. With that grin painted so flawlessly on his slender face, it only enhanced the persuasion attempt. The wind kicked up his hair and tossed it about some, but even that didn't hinder his handsome demeanor. Those golden strands of hair were perfect even when out of place. The shades that veiled his pear-colored eyes were a nice tie-in with his current dark attire. Black pants donned his lower half and a white button up hid his sexy stomach. A black vest and a matching black tie dolled him out, making the male sharp as hell.

"What might you shift into, my love? Perhaps a dove or maybe an angel?" he was really laying the charm on thick. It might have had something do with the fact that he was a bit hungover from the night's bar hopping experience.

  4. Characters in this post:
*Ember smirked at the male as he attempted to charm her, reacting with contemptuous flick of her hair. One couldn't live on the streets as long as she had without having to deal with the advances of men like him, and she was one of those girls who could fend for herself.*

Sorry lover boy, but I want to settle in before I do any sight seeing. Not to mention that I have a pretty strict rule about fully trusting men I have just met. I'm not one of those wide-eyed and dazed girls that you are used to seeing, so keep that in mind. I'm a fighter first and a lover second, but that's not to say that I would say no to getting to know you better once I'm settled in...

*She gave him a sly wink before removing her cloak and unfurling her wings, wanting to let him know she was interested but wouldn't fall for any of that player crap. She had standards that wouldn't change for anyone, not even somebody as attractive as Aiden. She wasn't as innocent as she had been when she was abandoned at seven, after all.*

I take a variety of avian forms, but I prefer to stick to Phoenixes, sparrows, and mockingbirds. Maybe I'll show you someday if you play your cards right....

  5. Characters in this post:
"Tch, calling me like you see me. Bold move, miss. But, seeing as you have no interest in wandering around with little ol' me, I see no point in wasting either of our times. Allow me to escort you to your dormitory."

Snapping his fingers, a small flame sparked at his tips. Hovering there for a second, the male blew it out before turning to Ember. "I would very much like to see this phoenix form. Like you, I am of fire. I knew there was a reason I was taking a liking to you. Whoever would have guess our element would have united us in such a way." Stepping ahead of her, he pointed to the castle academy. He beckoned that she follow, but he wasn't walking fast enough that he could vanish on her. No, he actually decided to saunter rather than do his usually hastened walk.

"Right this way, if you please." Aiden spoke to her in a very so-so manner. He wasn't be rude, but he wasn't be super polite either.

[[This post shall be continued over here.]]

    [[Post continued from the Garden.]]

As they proceed into the wing that was marked with a wolf, Aiden came to a halt. His head slanted some when he checked back at the little bird that followed him. "This is your clan's housing location. Your room could be... anywhere." A sheepish grin swept onto his face. "Since I'm not the head of this house, I don't have the housing assignments. But I know where the housing board is, so we can just look on there."

Walking up to the sign, he stared at the names scribbled on the white board. "Uhhh, so I'm not sure which person you are. I'll let you find your name and then I'll show you to your room." Another smile crested his face before he turned his back to her to rest his back against a wall.

  7. Characters in this post:
*Ember stepped up to the board, her marks glowing brightly in the sunlight. She then ran her hand down the side of the board and scanned the list for her name, narrowing her eyes just a little. She found it unusual that the male hadn't rushed her to the dorm and then left, so maybe he liked her.*

The name is Ember, by the way. I tend to keep my name from people as a way to keep from being found by the mundanes, but I guess I don't need to worry about it here. It's kind of nice, you know?

*She then shook her head, realizing she was getting all emotional. How could she let her guard down so early just for a handsome guy who had control of flame like her, a guy she met only minutes before? The mere thought made her shudder in horror, and she suddenly tapped the board next to her name.*

    I'm in room three..hopefully I won't have a room mate.

  8. Characters in this post:
It was school time again. There was the usual hustle to get all the new students to where they were supposed to be. Of course, as usual, none of them seemed to be able to tell where to go or where they should be without the help of some older student. As a forth year student, Natalie did not have that issue, though even she would have to admit she was nervous on her first day there. It was normal for anyone.

Being a mere human in the presence of such different creatures could be overwhelming, even if she wasn't simply just a human. Still, being just a superhuman was not the same as being something non-human entirely. It was a bit of a disadvantage at times. Nat arrived in the courtyard, weaving around the new first year students following sixth years, her tall, slight body able to slip between people easily.

Nat sighed, glad to be back at school, and trying to make her way to the Superhuman Homestead, back to her old dorm room. Her summer had been filled with avoiding her mother's probing questions about where she went to school. Nat had wanted to block her mother from the supernatural world. After all, her mother barely believed in what she could do.

She looked around the courtyard, making her way through the crowd seeming near impossible, watching all the new faces and all the returning ones. Her purple eyes spent more time on the the newer ones, taking them in, doing her best to try and remember them, especially once she learned their names. She had been told before she left for the summer that she needed to work on her 'people skills.' Getting to know who people were seemed like a logical first step for her.

Finally, she moved to the side of the courtyard, trying to figure out where to go from there. It seemed like all the students were trying to go to their dorms. Since her stuff would be taken there separately, it now seemed silly to try and go there at this point. Standing near a wall, she just decided to watch people for a bit.

  9. Characters in this post:
Smirking as he remained propped up against, Aiden turned his head to face the girl. She was gorgeous, even if she loomed high above him. Her height didn't render his courage useless. Quite frankly, nothing seemed to cause the male to stir. He had nothing to fear, except maybe fear itself.

Closing his eyes, he listened to her mockingbird tongue. It was gentle, sweet, and harmonious. There was something about her that he found refreshing. Although he was not one to get attached to people, he couldn't help but like the idea of truly befriending her. Unlike the other girls, she didn't swoon over him and she actually held her own.

"You must be joking. There are over a hundred students enrolled here. Of course you'll have a roommate. She'll be the same year level as you. Until you hit fourth year status, you don't get a private room."

Kicking off the wall with his heels, he beckoned Ember to follow. "Right this way. I'll show you to your room. All your belongings will be inside. If you need assistance moving stuff, just ask. If not, I'm going to occupy myself by looking out your window."

"Now, now, Aiden. That is rude of you," a rich tone called down the hallway.

"Well if it isn't Jaden. Ember, allow me to introduce you to your House Head, Jaden Nicastro. He's the one you'll be reporting to and such. He's my... favorite teacher, but I'd never admit that," he said with a wink.

"Welcome, Miss Ember West. This is your room key. Please, make yourself at home. Aiden shall assist you in all ways possible," he tone deepened at the end as he glared at the blonde.

  10. Characters in this post:
*Ember sighed, rubbing her temples. All she could hope was that whoever she was rooming with believed in giving people space and wouldn't bother her with with questions about her life, for she found such queries incredibly grueling. Not to mention that she didn't want anybody here to really know her...*

I'm not, actually. I am quite discreet about my old life and I really do not wish to share it with some brain-less, constantly chattering girly girl. I would hate to get kicked out of here for accidentally burning down the dorm because I lost control of my anger.

*She let herself fall into step with Aiden, wondering if he realized that she was mute. She sure hoped so, because she loathed bringing up tender subjects of that kind with a guy who could potentially like her.

She shook the thought from her head to give him a coy smirk and push a hand through her hair as he mentioned that he'd be looking out her window if she didn't need his assistance.*

Are you suggesting that the view out my window is better that the way I look? I might be frightfully tall, but I'd like to think that I am not entirely ugly.

*Suddenly another voice rang through the hall, causing her to turn her head in embarrassment. She really didn't want to make a bad first impression on the Head of her dorm and get kicked out. She needed to be at this school almost more than she needed to breathe, if only for the fact that she wouldn't need to hide any more.*

    Thank you, sir.

  11. Characters in this post:
Mason arrived at the school, having been dropped off by one of his parents drivers. He almost sighed as he began making his way to his dorm, his cane a few inches ahead to make sure the path was clear. The young red-head was excited to begin the year. Well, as excited as any student could get.

As he walked, he heard people mingling. Some were excited to be reunited with friends they hadn't seen over the summer, while others were asking where to go and what to do. The latter he expected were first years. They would most likely be led around by the upperclassmen. They were always in awe at the sight of the academy. Something he wished he could share with them.

Taking his mind off of the start of something unpleasant, he made sure to step away from someone who was about to run into him. Hopefully most of his things had arrived by now. If not, he would just have to occupy himself until they did. He did have a small pack with him, since he did want to carry something himself.

The route to his dorm was memorized, so he made quick progress there. All he needed to do was figure out which room he would get, and with whom. Hopefully it was someone he could be compatible with. The last thing he needed was a dorm mate that was too rowdy. As much as he hated silence, his hearing could only take so much sound at a time before it gave him a headache.

  12. Characters in this post:
"I highly doubt they would pair you with someone like that," he added after they turned into her room. "Jaden does a great job partnering people up. You'll probably get someone like yourself. Like I said, he's one of a few good teachers." It was then when he smiled about her little comment about not finding her attractive that brought him to her side. "Your height is of no concern to me. So you're a foot taller than me, it doesn't render me useless. I have my specialties and you have yours. Besides, if you truly were 'ugly,' I would not associate myself with you. The fact that I've hung around this long is a pretty good indicator that you're of a more beautiful nature. I'm swallow. I only had out with people who are attractive."

Laughing, he watched as she looked at her belongings. Folding his arms under his shoulders, Aiden shot her another glance before his attention was drawn to her window. He wasn't trying to be rude or anything. He just wanted to see the students poor into the main gates. Sure enough, there was already a sea of students working their way toward the dorms.

Flicking his hair out of his eyes, he noticed a few attractive set of women walk onto the campus. So there are more good looking students. Perhaps these ones will be less capable of resisting my charm. Looking over at Ember, he pulled out her desk chair and plopped himself in it. Arms crossing onto the back of the chair, his shaded eyes looked into hers.

"What shall I assist you with first?" he said in a somewhat distracted tone.

Nerine had arrived earlier in the day and checked her room out to make sure everything had arrived already. She had opted for a private room, being able to have that luxury. Before she had been able to get her own room, it had been annoying to have a roommates. Sometimes she never knew what she would get. Once she made sure everything was there, she rearranged a couple of things to mke it more to her liking.

Brushing back her short hair, she sighed as she surveied the room. The bed was now facing her window and she'd gotten a couple of pictures now decorating her walls. They'd been too plain, and she didn't want to paint it just yet. Looking at the mirror in her vanity desk, she almost frowned. Her hair had been longer last year, but due to yet another incident with her alchemy, it'd been forced to be cut.

They'd taken off more than needed, and she wasn't very used to the fact that most of it was gone .Even if it did look good, it was not going to be a permanent thing. "Good thing it grows fast." she muttered to herself as she headed out of her room, to do some exploring of the new people.

  14. Characters in this post:
*Ember shrugged her shoulders, turning to her belongings to make sure everything is as it should be. She wondered who had handled her things and hoped that whoever it was hadn't looked inside. She took her privacy seriously, after all.*

Well, alright. I've had many a comment about my "freakish" appearance and my being mute that it is nice to hear a positive review for once.

*She walked over to the window and opened it, holding out her arm as she whistled a haunting yet melodic song. When she stopped whistling, a majestic golden falcon landed onto her outstretched arm and she turned to show Aiden what she had called.*

This is my Guard, Tristan.. I sincerely hope that the staff here and my roommate allow me to keep him...he's been around as long as I can remember, probably since I was born. I believe he is part of my soul because we are the same age and share the same birthday. Not to mention that we feel what the other is feeling.

*When Aiden asked what she wanted assistance with she smirked, her marks glowing bright with emotion. She decided that it was time to flirt more with him and make her intentions clear*

I was hoping that tonight we could go out on a date...maybe take that walk in the garden you wanted earlier. You can totally say no if you want though, I know I'm being a bit forward.

  15. Characters in this post:
A side smile was on his face as he now looked at Ember. The bird she called forth was simply breathtaking. He, in his entire life, had never seen such a majestic creature. It was, by far, one of the most mystical things he had ever fixed his eyes open. The golden hue was a perfect touch, as Aiden was a sucker for the color gold. He also really like birds. They were free creatures that were able to roam over the land without a care in the world. Ever since he could remember, Aiden wanted to be a bird. Heck, even as a kid he used to climb trees just so he could sit with the birds.

Her little remark about keeping Tristan caused him to ponder for a moment. He saw no reason he couldn't stay. If it were a problem, he could just keep the bird in his room. Then the conversation took a new turn. Almost embarrassed at her boldness, Aiden just turned his head away to hid his pink cheeks. It was weird to him. A girl was actually enjoying his company and he was enjoying hers back.

"Your appearance isn't freakish. I'm surprised people would say otherwise. Height, age, distance, none of those things matter when someone is love. Even if they aren't, those little terms mean nothing in the grand scheme of things."

Reaching his hand out to stroke the bird with the backside of his index and middle fingers, he cooed. A little light chirping noise escaped his pursed lips.

"Should Tristan cause an issue, he could stay with me. I can house pets. Although, I'm not sure I want your bird to see me naked. I wouldn't know if you could tap into those images. Ha ha!"

Placing a hand on her hip, Aiden smiled. "And of course I'd love to go for a nice little stroll through the garden. Maybe we can even head downtown to visit the theater or something. Although, that would have to be later. Now we unpack, then we have dinner -- with the rest of the school -- and then, after those, we can hang out."

  16. Characters in this post:
*Ember smiled at Aiden's reaction to Tristan, sighing with relief when the male offered to take care of the latter should there be an issue. She hadn't expected such an offer from anyone, especially somebody like him. If fact, many people were put off by Tristan's appearance and his close proximity to her.*

Don't worry, he's quite polite about privacy and will most likely want to be outside when you are doing things of that nature. Also, we both prefer that you refrain from calling him a bird as he technically isn't one.... just think of him as an extension of my soul.

*She laughed softly then, putting a finger to her lips so Tristan would not attempt to mind speak with Aiden. Who knows what the Guard would say at a time like this? He tended to be slightly jealous of anyone knew after all, even to the point where he had nipped a guy who had tried to flirt with her a year ago.

When he placed his hand on her hip suddenly she blushed, her marks glowing brightly with emotion. He was beginning to make it hard for her to act coy towards him and if she didn't gain control quickly she would fall for his charms like she assumed many other girls had before her. She had promised herself long ago that the only person who would ever influence her was herself, and no matter what the cost she wouldn't start falling all over herself for the affections of a guy.*

Alright. You should probably go back to whatever you were doing before since I don't really need help settling in, but I wouldn't mind if you decided to keep me company. I'm mostly unpacked now and I was just going to practice my shape-shifting. You'd have to leave before I turn human again though, I don't really have any clothes that morph with me.

  17. Characters in this post:
The air was unusually warm for this time of year, but there were beginning to be hints of the autumn chill that came before winter was fully upon the people of Massachusetts. Despite this, it was the influx of new students that truly made this time of the year so special to Ace. There was nothing better than watching wide-eyed first years get their first look at the academy, after all.

Out of the corner of his eye he spotted one of his older students, a fourth year female gifted with clairvoyance. Her name escaped him, unfortunately. What was it again? Natasha? No...Natalie! He wandered over to her then, placing a hand on her shoulder.*

"Welcome back, Ms. Natalie! I sure hope you have been practicing your power over the summer, because I would like you to demonstrate it later for the new Superhuman students.

  18. Characters in this post:
Placing a finger on his lip, the male thought about what she had said. Although he wanted to stay with her, Aiden feared the attachment that was growing between the two. If he were to truly fall for this woman, it would mean he couldn't flirt with anyone else, and that didn't seem fitting.

Bowing to both Ember and Tristan, he snapped back to his upright position. "It is probably best that I tend to my other duties. I ought to make sure my own kin aren't running amuck. For now, I bid you a farewell. I'll see you at dinner and then, should we still desire to meet up, the garden." Planting a kiss on her hand, the male swept out into the hallway.

Brushing past Jaden, the two nodded in recognition of the other. In that brief moment, the two seemed to exchange thoughts. Jaden was nodding in approval of Ember and Aiden was agreeing with his decision.

Once near the exit, Aiden looked around and wondered just where he would wander off to next. Should he saunter up to his clan? Or should he go explore the grounds some? Both sounded fun, but he wasn't too sure which seemed better. Finally making up his mind, Aiden decided to stroll about the school.

    [[The Courtyard is Aiden's destination.
It should be noted that Jaden has also left.]]

  19. Characters in this post:
*Ember flopped onto her bed with a loud sigh after Aiden left, staring at the ceiling in frustration. She had allowed herself a small hope that he would keep her company, and look what good it did her! Why couldn't she just shrug him off like any other guy she met?*

*Tristan stared at Ember in contempt, shaking his head.*
"I can't believe you falling in love with a guy like that, especially one you just met. He probably is flirting with somebody else right now!

*Ember scowled at Tristan. He was always messing in her affairs and thinking the worst of people, and she'd had enough of it. Just once she wanted to handle her own problems! Besides, she couldn't really be in love so soon...*

If you are so worried about me, why don't you bring it up with him? I'm sure he'll be quite eager to cancel the date after that!

*She gently pushed him out the window, shutting and locking it behind his avian form. She needed to take a deep breath before she burned down the dorm...*

*Tristan sighed before zooming after Aiden, linking to his mind.*
If you are going to be a good for nothing player, you might as well call off the date now. I'm not letting you mess with her emotions like she's your little play toy!

  20. Characters in this post:
Natalie looked up at Ace as she placed a hand on her shoulder, slightly surprised. She hadn't expected him to come over to talk to her. It wasn't that they had a bad relationship, it was more that teachers were usually more concerned with first year students, unlike her.

Listening to her head of house's question, Natalie thought back to the summer. She had been practicing her powers, but it was something that she did almost constantly, despite what her mother thought. She had wanted Natalie to get out of the house more and be outside. She listened, but didn't like it.

"I could sir, but its not flashy like some people's powers," she replied, looking up at him.

  21. Characters in this post:
    [[Character came from here.]]

When the flying golden creature approached his side, Aiden was caught a bit off guard. A bit annoyed at the bird's warning, he shooed it off as if it were a bug.

"Listen, pal, I can't make any promises. I'm the student head of house. I have other duties that require my presence. I will do my best to make the date, but, if I can't, then she doesn't have to get bent out of shape because of it. Being a sixth year, I have a ton of responsibilities that I must uphold. I cannot get involved with students right off the bad. I need to leave myself open and accommodating. Maybe when things start to die down, I can work on a more serious relationship. Until then, keep your beak out of this."

His ears then caught whiff of another conversation, which changed Aiden's direction some. When he was finally within seeing distance, he noticed it was just Ace and Natalie. Grin on his face, he sauntered up to the two and gave Natalie a friendly wave.

"Ace," he nodded his head. "Natalie," he said placing a kiss on her hand. "How have you two been?"

  22. Characters in this post:
Wandering innocently through the garden, Levi picked at a few flowers that had sprung up here and there. He had no real plan, but he did like the idea of making a nice bouquet of flowers and handing them off to the first woman that crossed his path.

Adding a rose or two, he sat down on the wooden bench and started up at the rising sun. His maroon hair masked his eyes some, but it didn't really shade them that much. With a content face on, Levi popped his iPod into his ears and listened to the music. It swallowed him whole, and he loved it.

"You try your hardest to perfect your explanations..." he sang along with the song.

  23. Characters in this post:
*Tristan huffed, landing on Aiden's shoulder and attempting to nip at his ear*

"She's not all bent out of shape about it, I am. She personally could care less right now what you do and understands that you have responsibilities to the other students and such...

*Ace nods towards Aiden, giving him a friendly smile before turning back to Natalie. He had no patience for the alchemist student and his jerky attitude right now....*

"It doesn't matter, my dear. Every power is important in our field...

  24. Characters in this post:
With Tristan perched on his shoulder, Aiden could only laugh. It was a good thing he was a feathered fiend, or else Aiden would have baked the bird. Reaching up, he rubbed the golden creature's beak with the back of his finger.

Humming, he almost seemed at peace with Tristan at his side. Even if he were a part of Ember's soul, he didn't care what the bird would see or feel. He knew, at some point, that he would have to come to face the reality of it all. He, Aiden Z. DeKay, was a flirt. It was just his nature to behave like an ass and try to lure women to his bed.

"Ah. That would do it. But seriously, Tristan, you've nothing to worry about. I can't help but like her a bit. I believe she has her element of fire to thank for that. And maybe, just maybe, you."

  25. Characters in this post:
*Ember strides into the garden, a bit frustrated with Tristan. The Guard tended to ruin everything for her when she was trying to be social with other people and it just kept getting worse! He seemed to think that everyone had the potential to abandon her like her parents had seemed to.

She then sat on a bench, shutting her eyes. She needed the fresh air...*

    Stupid Tristan...

  26. Characters in this post:
    "Something wrong, miss?"

Rising from the bench that was to the backside of her own, Levi walked around and extended a handful of flowers in Ember's direction. A sincere smile was on his face as his eyes closed to mimic the friendly expression.

"I couldn't help but notice your sad face. You'll have to forgive me for my rudeness. I'm usually not one to meddle in the business of others, but since the damage has been done, I see no harm in it."

His pale eyes opened as he gazed about to notice the flowers were still in his hand. Laughing, he plopped them in her lap, but not before he removed a small rose bud. Peeling back the petals, he leaned forward and adorned her fiery hair with the yellow flower.

Laughing once again, he rocked back onto his heels before shoving his hands in his pocket. "You must be new. I'm Levi." Grinning from ear to ear, Ember would immediately pick up that this man was nothing like Aiden. Although both were popular and charming, Levi seemed to have a more welcoming warmth to him. And, unlike Aiden, he wasn't an ass. He was just a bold guy who had an air of confidence. Aiden was a cocky bastard who used people to his own pleasure. As probably noted, both were deemed 'the hotties of the school.'

  27. Characters in this post:
*Ember opened her eyes, slowly looking up at the man who approached her holding flowers. Never before had somebody been so kind to her and asked what was wrong, so she was incredibly shocked at this male's behavior. As she took in his pale red eyes and rust colored hair her heart started to pound, her marks glowing brighter than they had with Aiden.*

It's nothing. I just had a fight with my Guard Tristan about some sixth year I have a date with tonight, mostly because the latter seems like one of those jerks who play all the girls to get what they want. I'll probably just cancel the outing though....he wasn't as gentlemanly to me as you just were, to tell you the truth.

*She smiled gently as she inhaled the flowers' sweet aroma, tucking a piece of her hair behind her right ear.*

Nice to meet you...the name is Ember West.

Having finished all her redecorating, the purple haired alchemist had decided to grab something to eat from the dining hall. She was hungry, and the food there was always good. Once she straightened out the dress she had, she double checked the room. Locking the door to her room once she was satisfied, she made her way out of the building, making her way down the familiar path.

(( The Dining Hall is her destination. ))

The human shaped rabbit demon, grumbled as he held his head while making slow progress through the courtyard towards the Magician Mansion, he had gone a bit soft and decided that as long as the young magicians were not using make to prank or harm each other, or in the hallways that they could use thier magic but if they did he would make it to where they can't use thier powers with in the dorms. That was not the reason he was holding his neon colored (hair) head at that time, he was holding it because he spent the whole summer partying in various places in the world and now the hangover had finally caught up with him so the nosie about him was not helping him at all.
He grumbled some more as he pushed his glasses back up his nose so that he could see where he was going instead of the normal blurr that he gets when in human form with out the glasses. Nearly at six foot-five in his human form, which he still couldn't figure how that happens out, he could easily see over most of the students that were there, nothing that a few were just lottering around while others were trying to find where they are to be staying at, a few just exploring. He was just thankful that his human ears were not as keen as his rabbit ones.
He glared down at a first year who bumped into him, he was not in the best of moods at the moment , he watched the kid scamper off before he brushed the imaginary dirt from his dark mocha coloered skin, stopping in front of Aiden, raising an eyebrow at him.
He may rarely be in his human form but he also knew that Aiden had seen him in it so he wasn't worried to much about the other students, as long as one person knew that he was there was all that matter. He did wonder about the bird that was on his shoulder considering that there was not many creatures that did not have a human form that would be around people such as themselves, but all the while he was rubbing his head.

"I'm going to assume this male you speak of is Aiden DeKay, yes? If so, pay him not attention. As you predicted, he is just out to flirt with girls. I'm pretty sure he just toys with them and does what he pleases. I've yet to see him actually show true affection for a person, aside from himself."

Biting his tongue, he frowned. Levi hated talking about someone behind their backs, but he dismissed the thought when he realized it was Aiden. Aiden, the very man that would mock anyone in a heartbeat. He, for the most part, didn't believe the man was capable of loving anyone other than himself.

"This Tristan person seems to be quite the issue, but I wouldn't let that ruin your plans. A man will do as he must to protect those he cares deeply about. Guard or not, this Tristan man is wise to keep a wary eye on Aiden. If I know him, he's schmoozing up to another woman right now. He thinks with his dick, not his heart."

There was still a small on his slender face as he took a seat beside her. Folding his legs underneath one another so he was sitting cross-legged on the bench, Levi plopped his chin in his upward facing palm. His elbow was balancing on his knee as he looked up at the woman.

"Levi Crimson. It's a pleasure to meet you, Ember." Bowing his head, he picked up her dainty hand and placed a light kiss on it. "I should probably add that I'm similar to Aiden, in a way. Only, I actually like to get to know the girls I plan on dating. He just whores himself out. I only date those I deem worthy."
