Hello ~ ! I'm Taylore. 18, working, going to school and practically overflowing with a staggering desire
to write. I'll roleplay via thread, PM and IM (the later being a last resort).
During a roleplay, I require substance; a firm plot that is unpredictable, entertaining and for the most
part, not quite of the norm. My partners will not project their mannerisms and personality traits
upon their characters. The element I enjoy most during a roleplay is, admittedly, alluring detail of
the environment and goings-on around our characters. I like to feel immersed.
I have an affinity for an abundance of characters and high fantasy settings; lore created by myself
and my partner. Gore and violence are most alluring to me, you can easily lure me in with a plot
heavily composed of horror *hint hint*. Any who! I play males and females. My preference varies
depending on my mood at the time (feeling females at the moment).
Willing to incorporate adult content.

Sorry, what was I saying? I'm still getting used to 1x1s (I'm used to GMing group stuff) so I'm kind of bad at the whole planning thing unless it's someone I know pretty well or a setting I've made (ie Ardent or Dead God). I'm not really into fandom stuff (even SotC, unless you've got some amazing plot idea) but just about everything under misc in your list I fancy. 'Cept aliens, gangs, dystopia and...well, I guess the kind of fantasy I like isn't high.
Like I said I'm bad at this whole 1x1 thing. Do we shake hands and exchange business cards, is that how this works?

Ahem! Any who! I understand that, I've been doing group roleplays
a lot frequently, just looking to get into a more intimate agreement
with someone who's capable with writing ; >
My plot idea from SotC is ... eh. Mediocre at best. Essentially a flood
from outside of the Forbidden Lands forces a demographic of people
to find a new home. They brazenly decide to establish settlements in
the Forbidden Lands by dispatching a small group to explore. Shit
pretty much goes downhill from there. They come across the colossi
and slaughter one out of fear which leads to the discovery of Dormin.
BUT! Anything else off of my list, if you'd like to give it a go, by all means.
The SotC idea itself sounds pretty interesting, though no idea how I'd personally RP it. Been a long time since I've played the game and there's a reason I tend to stay away from fandoms: I suck at getting things right. However if you feel comfortable enough in the mythology of the world and the setting and feel comfortable leading me along a bit/being patient with me then I'd consider it. xD
Not a fun task though.

So by high fantasy what do you mean exactly? Big rituals and screwing around with stars and planar stuff? I'm kind of wobbly on what the term really refers to. You should probably also take a look at my posts and decide if you want to play with /me/, haha. xD Generally how you'd do that on this site is look at the user's Character tab and click the character, then the character's posts. I mean, "View All Posts" also works but then you get folks like me who can't shut up.
Yeah that's always an issue with some of my plot ideas ; < ! But if you're willing,
I'd totally be down for it (: The lore, setting and plot are pretty straight forward.
It's not super intricate mythos like that of World of Warcraft or Dragon Age.
Good question. The term "high fantasy" to me means a world that we create
solely on our own based off of something that may not quite be of the norm,
aka, mythical races and peculiar landscapes like floating mountains and all of
that good stuff. We make up the religion, the cities, the races, etc.
Oh, thank you Eden! I'll do that right now (I'm at work, ehehe, trying to pass the
time). I'm sure our writing styles won't clash though ;>

I believe I can, most definitely! How many characters would you prefer each of us to have?? I usually do about two just to keep it interesting.

We can have two main characters and throw in some side characters.
You know, for some Freddy fodder or comedic release if we so desire.
I can easily juggle five or six but I'm game with thatever number you
find suitable, either way, Freddy's comin' for 'em.

Setting, ummm, likely the same town that the movies take place in,
just an alternate universe sort of scenario. The characters have
family members who helped participate in Freddy Kreuger's murder
in some way, so that's why he was targeted them.
I was thinking of playing a recovering crack addict who returns to the
town on vacation for the summer. She's been drug free for years and
prides herself in how well her life has been going but Freddy can easily
change that. As for side characters, I'm still juggling some ideas around.
I was thinking of ... a mechanic, for one, someone who's just your every-
day grease monkey.
So kinda like the last movie, yes? I love that idea. I was thinking of playing a straight A student who lives in an abusive and neglectful home but plans to make it out through her acting and dreams of pursuing an acting career and my other main character being a low lying artsy type who is actually quite smart. As for side characters I'd love to play an absolutely beyotch. I wouldn't mind her dying
