New Heather River

A slice-of-life game taking place on a satellite town of a fictional bigger city Heather River. People know each other via another person at least and secrets need to be held on carefully so that the gossipers don't get a hang of your private life. Overview

Introduction

New Heather River is a town with a lot of inhabitants but with not so many services, since they are a short drive away in the big city of Heather River, that is a thriving and multicultural dock city with national airport and top quality university amongst dozens of other things.
In New Heather River there is always someone who knows you and without a doubt gossips what you do forward. Secrets and privacy are luxury that can't be kept in here without a lot of work. Even still, the life pace is calmer and athmosphere more friendlier than it would be in the city and that's why many choose to live in New Het - as youngsters tend to shorten it as.

Rules

1. Be respective towards all players and remember that actions between characters aren't actions between players.

2. Write in simple past (ie. "Hank walked around the street waiting for his girlfriend to come out of the ridiculously expensive clothes store she had entered already half an hour ago.")

3. You can have up to 2 characters but you must have played 10 posts with the earlier one before creating the next.

4. Superpowers etc. are strictly denied. This is a slice-of-life and not supernatural game.

5. Keep the skills and history of your character realistical. All don't need to have a dramatical past and epic skills in everything they do.

6. Check OOC regularly since it might have important information or announcements. All OOC always goes to the thread created for it.

7. Make sure you check back to the rules every now and then. Rules are added or modified when needed.
