So, they say this is just a mirage. How ever, if you look closely when it zooms in on the trees, the water seems ALMOST to be interacting with them. Check it out! Share your thoughts! Bwa ha ha totally inspired to do a cross dimensional role play now ^.^!

I saw that via another site. It's a bit freaky but my brain try to rationlize it's a real city in this world (in fact fake). On the other site I saw someone said it was a phomenom called Morgana... something. It's a phenomenom when shapes and colors shows up like this. Although someone argues it's too complex to be Morgana... something. (I guess the name comes from Morgana Le Fay form the Athurian Legend? The High Pristess of the Old Arts/Gods)
The one who posted it on that site thought it in fact was a pararell dimension.
Crossdimensional RPG... Intruging.

The video says it is reflections, but it doesn't look like the city around the thing, and the interaction with the trees intrigued me xp.
I wonder what the river is "supposed" to look like?
Because I'm wondering if the mist is just obscuring the usual riverbanks and so the "mirage" is that it just looks as if it's floating rather than that the buildings are not actually supposed to be there?

I was really excited to see this at first! Confused, I had to click around to other various videos to see some other clips and figure the whole thing out, but was bummed when I found out the news report was a very bad translation i guess? And they were simply talking about the fog that had made the buildings look like they were floating. D:>
