May I know more about the two different groups? What makes them different?

F.E.A.R. wants the rules to be looser, they want people to live without so much structure and so many rules like they used to.
L..I.G.H.T. wants to keep F.E.A.R. from succeeding. They want structure and rules but most of all: Power

Its cool, I'm glad you askedBut remember to have fun and try something unexpected (in your eyes) I wanted to be the Captain of F.E.A.R., But i chose light just to freak myself out and mix it up.

Thats cool!, *Casca glares at Kray, eyes sparkling with excitement* (me: Casca not now D:) Alec doesn't usually attack first.. but the story involves F.E.A.R. to cause trouble.... How would that cause F.E.A.R. to attack?

sounds good, how bout this:
Casca and Alec Get into a fight about F.E.A.R.'s Plan and how they need to do something before the publicity dies down and it's too late *(This strains their relationship Remember he knows Casca is the lead of light and Casca knows Alec is the boss of Fear)*. Then Kray does something stupid and causes a fight (mabey with Casca or with Serena) by Light HQ while Dawn sees Serena get hurt, causing Casca to drag Serena away from harm. Dawn Rushes towards Serena (who is with Casca) and Alec is like Casca What did I just say? F.E.A.R. Shouldn't attack/ make panic now! *extreme frown face*" he knows Dawn will be safe too but its just the fact that she's now on the streets without him.

No, new plan.
Since Dawn is in Serena's possession, she is now a Prisoner of War (She'll be safe, Promise), of course Since Casca's a double agent we can storm the bosses office. That will require:
1. Light officers to be sent to a false Fear base.
2. A small group of fear members for infiltration while Light is distracted.
3. Casca's group and the small fear group meet (again in some cases)
4. Alec and the boss fight and negotiate
5. While the Traitors of Light are discovered **Fight** *cough cough* (everyone but Alec cause he's in the bosses room)
6. Resolution
