Composed equally of all genders, nonbinary or not. Crew members of all shapes, sizes and occupation. If it has to be done, there's a crew member to do it.

Depends on the crew member, but overall jolly.

Swash-buckling, singing, heavy drinking, gambling, sailing, all the stuff pirates have to know how to do.

They were all lost children who decided being lost was boring and being pirates was obviously the best career choice. All cultures and backgrounds are represented on the ship, even the occasional crew member with redskin heritage. They're a rare sight.
