The Witch's Bones

Not looking for many people for this one, probably just 5 players at the most. Putting up this little plot kibble to see if anyone would be interested.

Some years after the Battle of Gabhra, which saw the destruction of Finn MacCoul and his Fianna warriors, the wife of Finn, Saba, sought to open the way to the Otherworld to bring her husband back and in her grief, she succeeded... though perhaps all too well.

In a cruel bargain with the Fair Folk, Saba sacrificed her flesh and immense power to open the way between worlds, and her bones became scattered through all of Ireland to act as portals, unleashing chaos and mischief wherever they happened to lay.

Over time, people have learned to avoid such places, but still there are children going missing in the night, or grown men being reduced to wailing wrecks at horrors unseen to all but themselves. More and more, the strangeness of the Otherworld encroaches upon the mortal realm, and more and more do the Fair Folk become unafraid of humans, toying with them and taking from them with impunity.

Enough is enough, this madness must end. Someone must gather the witch's bones and close the way to the Otherworld, but be warned. The Fair Folk guards them jealously and even the mightiest warrior may be bested by their magic. Take care where you tread and always be wary, for the ways of the Fair Folk are tricksy and strange.

Well, it took me a while to decide what I wanted in terms of characters for the rp, but it's all sorted out now. First one to calls dibs gets the character they want, limit one per player. The Witch's Bones is good to go.
