Fragments of Time [REMAKE]
It has been seven years since Alshmaire fell. During those short seven years, we have rebuilt our land and have overcome a great many obstacles. Nothing we couldn’t overcome, though.
However, recently we have reached an actual problem. A problem we’re not sure we can solve. This problem even perplexes the most brilliant minds of our era. They cannot figure out what is the cause of our greatest threat to survival.
The time continuum. It seems to be out of sync.
We’ve been fighting things not from our era for the past few months. It’s nothing we can’t handle, but, we know that in the future, we will be faced with weapons we won’t be able to defeat. We fear that the world will collapse if we don’t fix the problem. But how do you fix something like this? Time and space are warped. What can we, simple beings, do?
The answer came one day when a monster appeared out of what we believe to be a hole in time. Just as he was about to destroy our quaint little town on the city's outskirts, a person phased out of thin air.
Jaws on the floor, we thought we were seeing things, but this individual was able to slay the beast.
We are now gathered in the great hall, preparing to bombard the this person with a landslide of questions. Who are they? What are they? When did learn to fight like that? Where did they come from? How did they get here? And why are they here?
So many questions. So many fears. So many lives at stake. Pray this individual has the answers… and is not hostile.
