Masquerade || A fancy invitations floats your way, inviting you to a grand masquerade to celebrate the marriage of a royal couple. While it might appear are fine and dandy, it's actually a ploy to lure in some tasty victims. Yes, tasty. You see, the royals are actually vampires and they need their next bloodbath - soon! There is just one problem, they know they cannot feed in the mist of a party, so they will have to coax their victims into a back room. Of course, there is a catch. If they cannot consume the blood of seven different humans by the end of the night, they will... cease to exist.

With Queen Annabelle’s passing four years ago, the only prince is expected to receive the crown. Mourning his father’s loss, Prince Hamlet vowed upon his father’s corpse that he would not let this great country fall. Princess Rebecca stands firmly by her older brother’s side, refusing to comment on her brother’s taking of the throne.

The morning paper felt limp and meaningless in lieu of the horrific news that spread across an awestruck nation. The death of the king still lingered in the hearts of the many and most refused to acknowledge a new ruler.

Standing up to the herd of raging citizens, the young prince wooed the public over with a heartfelt speech. With the dust of death finally fading, the prince began his new day in office, unofficially.

Upset and fearful, the people of England were forced to move on. With the sun just kissing the horizon, this new day would unfold to be more than would meet the eye....

Panicking, the three family heads decide to take the crime into their own hands. Not wanting the media to find out three of the worst crime organizations were joining up, they three family heads begin to work together to crack the case. Was it the gardener? Or maybe it was the busboy? Perhaps the cook? Or maybe the hooker down the hall? As fingers start getting pointed, the men realize something else - maybe one of the others was the murderer. With no one knowing the true killer's identity, things begin to go down. More blood is found and soon after another body is found. It looks as through a serial killer is on the loose, but who is it? That, my friends, is all apart of THE GAME.

Something about your last name holding the key to the future. Bullshit. Needless to say, you need to look for this "Lone Ranger" and see if he can help turn the tide around. Save your arse by looking for this guy or wait around to get shot. Choice is yours, but we all know which one you'll make.

Intruder Alert: She Knows His Secret
Secrets and Lies|| A popular kid is ruling the school and finds himself getting into trouble, a lot. His father is the head of the PD and knows that, if his son doesn't straighten up, he'll lose his job. Meanwhile, a young girl who's, more or less, forgotten and unwanted catches said popular kid in a criminal act. At first, she's too shy to turn him in, but she soon gathers her strength. However, the popular kid discovers that the nobody girl knows his secret.

Meanwhile, his father getting some flack from the city people. Mainly, a reporter who's been hard on his case. This reporter is notorious for bringing down corrupt officers and the cop is worried that his job is on the line. Moreover, if he loses his job, he loses his son as according to the documents, the father must hold a steady job or the son will be sent back to his mother.

While all this excitement is happening, the nobody's sister who never graduated from college ends up having a "parent-teacher" conference with her sister's teacher. To her luck, the teacher is gorgeous and, most importantly, single. Will some sparks fly? Or will he reject her from dropping out of high school?

Tear the World Down
Love || This is the story of a princess who's husband was banished and how the land has crumbed without his guidance. The current queen has been auctioning her three daughters to the highest paying bidders, who just so happen to be princes from the neighboring countries. Only problem is, this is a one-sided marriage. She doesn't get a choice.

There is much suffering and tears on this war-torn planet. In high hopes of creating a cease-fire, the queen offers her three daughter's hand in marriage. There is an issue though. Unknown to the queen the husband of the blonde princess is actually back. Banished or not, he won't allow his beloved female to be wed to some scum prince. But without an army, he cannot challenge the man. So, he creates an alliance, the Rebellion Alliance. Hoping to fight the three arms, the leader of the Rebellion Alliance must confront old friends and seek out there help. To win the war and win back his love, this forbidden hero must outwit the enemy. To add a twist to the plot, the Rebellion Alliance's evil brother knows of his return and is lusting for his head.

Five armies. Three princesses. Three terrible princes. One forbidden hero. What do you fight for?

Ohhhh, I should probably back 'er up, eh?

"Congratulations, you've won!" It's a message you've received on that damn machine of yours. Now, at first, you think it's just a hoax. Damn kids these days.... But you soon find out via the TV and newspaper that this message is totally legit. Knowing that you've got mad skills and luck on your side, you call into the company and tell them you're interesting in taking the free cruise.

Now, this cruise, is quite the rare deal. About 500 people from all over the globe were hand-picked to join the once-in-a-lifetime vacation. The cruise is said to travel from the tip of Florida to Cuba to Puerto Rico and then to the Carolinas. It's rumored to be a long trip, but who the hell is complaining? Excused from work, school, life... everything. Private bedrooms for private happenings. Five star dining areas with the world's greatest chefs cooking up one hell of a meal. A play area for the kiddies and a spa for the ladies. Oh, and men, you have full-access to the bar.

A dream come true.

So, you pack up your gear and get on the ship. All is going well, no... great.

You're about halfway through the trip when the captain makes a little pit stop on a quaint little island. It's freaking gorgeous here. Too gorgeous so you decide to wander off into the forest to really make some memories. When the sun begins to set, you decide to head back to the ship to find yourself without a ship to board. Panic. Panic. PANIC FUCKING PANIC.

You don't have jack shit. Just the stuff on your person and who the hell was smart enough to carry meds when going on a little sight-seeing hike. Yeah. No one. Okay, maybe that one "always prepared Girl Scout," but do you think she'll share? Doubt it.

Anyway, there you have it. You're trapped on an island that... wait for it... doesn't have cell phone reception. HA. YOU ARE FUUUUCKKKKED.

So there you have it. You're stranded on an island. Without supplies. Oh... and you might not be alone. Have fun! Enjoy that va-cay!

Seriously, there aren't any real rules. Granted, that doesn't mean you can be a total dick to people and try to take over my position. Death and loss is expected. Confusing and deception is just a must. Romance and action... well those will probably happen. Just be respectful of others and follow the typical roleplay rules.


Background

There are no backgrounds when you get left behind....

True story. But, seriously, you're on an island. Never seen the place before. You don't have supplies (well, you have whatever you carried with you). It's up to you to A) survive and B) get off the damn island. You'll probably have to revert to tribal ways and the era before technology made us all soft. Toughen up and hunt some boar. Learn what it means to live off the fat of the land. Oh, and you might want to sleep with one eye open as you never know who stalks you in the night....

Characters

Yes... there should be characters.

Characters are human and can be any age.
Can play as many characters as you want but no more than two.
Gender doesn't matter as romance isn't the premise of the story.
You will need to state the name, age, looks (eye color, height, hair color, weight) in the profile.
You should probably give us an idea as to what their personality is like. Maybe a small background, too (large is fine).
Oh, and it might be wise to list what you have on your person - useless cell phone, chapstick, pointless money, etc.
Do your best to make it realistic. I want people to feel as if they are really lost and without supplies.

Life was always so simple, so easy. People were happy and crime was pretty much a foreign word to the tongues of the people that inhabited the city. Everything was great. People could smile and walk home during the late hours without the fear of being raped, tortured, or even killed.


But then, one day not to long ago, a story rattled the city. Making the front page of the local tabloids, the red ink on the page hinted at a darker side of life. A side of life that would strike fear into the hearts of the peaceful people. A murder had happened. One woman was found dead on the cold pavement. There wasn't an ouch of blood spilled on the bricks below her body, which made for an interesting twist. Just how did she die and why did she die where the rumors that spread like wildfire. And then, the question was asked - who's next?

With the murder happening, the police team was forced to take action. A bit rusty due to the lack of crime, they would soon find that this was no ordinary murder. In fact, it had the signature mark of a murder that happened 201 years ago. Was it possible that a copy cat was in the makings?

Unsure of what to do, the city handed the case over to the most respected agent in the field. With a loyal butler at the hip, the two would surely crack the case. However, there was a rumor that they might need help from a recently captured criminal. Would they really release him and hope that he could help them solve the case? Or would they go at it alone?

The 12 Warriors of Legend

Introduction
As you could probably guess, this is a save the world kind of story. Long, long ago the world was living in a prolonged state of peace. That peace was threatened one day and the world was on the brink of destruction. A power hungry god sought to eat the planet's life stream and become an all mighty god. This selfish act caused two of the godly guardians to stand up and fight off the evil. When they realize their strength was no match for this greedy foe, the sought out the help of a beast. Together, the three were able to weaken the fiend. Sending his powerful fool into hiding, the three guardians reigned over the land and brought back the peace that once existed.

Years of peace and happiness were soon stirred up when that same monster came back. Stronger than ever, it ripped the world apart. However, just as all was about to be lost, twelve spirits came to the rescue. Using all their might and power, they sealed this evildoer away in the abyss within the planet's core.With the planet being reborn, a new set of guardians were needed to keep the piece. However, as the years went on, it soon became evident that one of the three guardians was seeking a corrupt life. Turning against the other two, this creature went off to rally an army to rebel against the humans.

Although his battle has since been foresee, no one could guess the turmoil that would shake the planet. In a last ditch effort to save the humanoid race, the two guardians called out to another planet that could sustain life - Earth. Entrusting the fate of their world in the hands of a select group of humans, they pray that these heroes harness the reincarnated spirits of the past twelve warriors. However, no one is certain they have the power to save the world...

Ø Family Life: Raised with a younger sibling, the human that belongs to this spirit often tends to protect the young and the weak. Came from a happy family, so it doesn’t understand the qualms of a troubled life.

Thunder: The Raging Storm Spirit

Ø Personality: This spirit has a wild side unlike any other. It tends to disobey authority and often seeks out drama. A nasty temper runs deep in this spirit, but only because it does not wish to be tamed or broken. When behaving, this spirit is looked to for strength and courage.
Ø Family Life: Being one of seven children, it makes sense that this human be of a rougher nature. It was just a part of their life to make a fuss and get the attention. Even with such a large family, this spirit enjoys the chaos of a large family and often laughs when others frown and fight.

Water: The Sincere Healer Spirit

Ø Personality: Since the beginning, this spirit has had a heart unlike any other. Always ready to assist those in need, this spirit is the definition of a kind soul. Not an ounce of hatred courses through its veins. Although, don’t let its sweet ways confuse you for the spirit is no pushover as its emotional outbursts are known to break dams.
Ø Family Life: With their parents dying in a car accident, this human was raised by a kind foster family. It is with this family that this human learned compassion and kindness. Not coming from a wealthy family, this spirit has learned to use its resources wisely and doesn’t seem to comprehend the issues involved with money.

Ice: The Ice Child Spirit

Ø Beast Spirit: Polar Bear
Ø Personality: Youth surrounds this spirit, which is the reason it is so lighthearted and friendly. Always seeking out the fun and exciting life, this spirit can be quite the handful. Even though fun and games are great, this warrior spirit does know when to crack down and get serious. Its strength lines in its defense. No matter the situation, this spirit will not let down its friends in need.
Ø Family Life: Having an older sibling has been both a blessing and a curse. Being the younger of the two, this human was spoiled rotten. Because of this, they were often bullied and considered a pushover. This brutal lifestyle has opened the human’s eyes and allows them to see when others are in pain.

Dark: The Loving Shadow Spirit

Ø Personality: One would often assume that this soul is tormented and tortured, but it is quite the opposite. Understanding the strength of darkness and loneliness, this spirit is able to make the best of all situations. And, because of this, there isn’t a thing this spirit cannot do. When its heart and soul are poured into something, this spirit will fight to the death. An unwavering devotion to protect its sibling, Light, pushes this spirit on.
Ø Family Life: Even though Dark and Light are twins, they were not born with the same father. Being raised in separate worlds, it is understandable as to why these two cherish being together. It is their bond for one another that help them connect with the others and express the joys and sorrows of having a broken family.

Light: The Bitter Ray Spirit

Ø Personality: Stubborn and driven by the desire to work alone, this spirit doesn’t appear to have a pinch of light in them. However, this is far from true. The fear of being alone is what drives this spirit to act roughly, but this is only because it doesn’t want to admit that it depends on the strength of friendship. Always pulling through at the last minute, this spirit refuses to let others take the glory of battle.
Ø Family Life: Even though Dark and Light are twins, they were not born with the same father. Being raised in separate worlds, it is understandable as to why these two cherish being together. It is their bond for one another that help them connect with the others and express the joys and sorrows of having a broken family.

Ø FamilyLife: Raised as an only child, thishuman’s parents were super protective of their own chance at giving life toanother. This spirit was enrolled in allsorts of self-defense classes, which is why this spirit is able to dodge and avoid many attacks. Although it does notunderstand why people use words to fight, this spirit has a deep passion forlearning and welcomes the change that is bound to come.

Earth: The Dirty Imp Spirit

Ø Personality: This perverted and devious spirit reallyknows how to get on someone’s nerves. Always joking and messing around, this spirit is a real prankster andtends to get the others into a load of trouble. However, its antics do have wonderful perks! This is the only spirit that is completely unpredictable. No brain could ever outwit this sneaky fiend.
Ø FamilyLife: Would it surprise you to knowthat this spirit’s mother was a prostitute? Well, it shouldn’t! This humanwas raised the wild side of life. Fun, games, parties, lights, and whores galore! Ever since its youth, this spirit hastaken a liking to the spotlight and often enjoys making others feeluncomfortable. This human is probablythe least liked of the group, but its sneaky plans and brilliant tactics areneeded nonetheless.

Wood: The Smug Green-thumb Spirit

Ø Personality: Humble. Yeah, right. This spirit is conceited and haughty. There isn't a single thing this spirit won't boast about. It does, however, has a soft spot for Mother Nature and gardening. As you might have guessed, this spirit really likes to flaunt its green-thumb skills to the point of being annoying. However, every coin has two sides. The less degrading side of this spirit us actually pretty laid back and calm.
Ø Family Life: Coming from a rich a snobbish family, it might make sense that this human act in such a way. Being an only child, but having to endure living with a foster child (Water) for a small amount of time. After about a year, they returned Water and bought their child a forest. Since then, this human has been living off the fat of the land and loving every minute of it.

Steel: The Bracing Athlete Spirit

Ø Beast Spirit: Turtle
Ø Personality: Aggressive and a strong just doesn't seem to cut it when you try to describe this spirit's personality. Maybe adding edgy, perfectionist, and competitive would make more sense. Either way, this spirit is a royal pain in the ass. Cocky as hell and a bit too headstrong, too. But all in all, this spirit does have one hell of a backbone and isn't one to let those in need down.
Ø Family Life: From the get-go, this human had always been competitive and a sporty person. Being the younger child of three, this human had some high expectations to live up to. Its elder sister went on to win national championship for her tennis skills. The middle child went onto law school and is now one of the top defense attorneys in the nation. As you could assume, the weight of those before this spirit really helped shape its life.

Celestial: The Starry-eyed Wanderer Spirit

Ø Beast Spirit: Monkey
Ø Personality: Definitely the hopeless romantic of the group. This spirit is always seeking love and peace and will do anything to get in tune with the heavens. Guided by a pure heart and a virgin mind (and body), this spirit is not one to understand the more perverse ways of life.
Ø Family Life: Growing up with a spiritual family, it would make sense that this human be so in love with the idea of their being a greater being and spirits. Born an only child, this human doesn't always understand the deep rooted compassion between family, as it believes its family is god.

Sound: The Blinded Singing Spirit

Ø Beast Spirit: Bat
Ø Personality: Without the ability, you would think it would be a hard and difficult life. However, this is not true for this spirit. Even without a pair of seeing eyes, this spirit knows its stuff by using its other senses. Its tolerance levels are peerless, as it can put up with just about anything. Soften spoken and gracious, this spirit has a voice unlike any you've ever heard. It'll either break your heart or it will lift your spirits up.
Ø Family Life: The majority of this spirit's life was spent in a hospital. Sickly and ill, this poor human had to endure one rough childhood. After a series of surgeries, this spirit was finally able to 'see' the world and was released from the medical facility. Eager to explore and live life, this human brings a bit of freshness and enthusiasm to the group.

I wanted to do a crossovers roleplay, so I went about making one. You can pick your favorite characters from any TV show, anime, movie, band, manga, or book. Pretty much anything and anyone goes. It will be wild! Do your best to stay in character, but if you deviate some that's fine. After all, they aren't in their original setting so it would only make sense that they be "tweaked" some.


Now, to make it even cooler. It's set in the Johto Region. Yup. So you're going to be dealing with Pokemon. Now why do you want to defeat the Elite Four? Simple. You want to get back to your own world. You know, go home? It's, obviously, going to be easier said than done. Team Rocket will be there. Oh and those pesky gym leaders, too. Can't forget all the other random chaos that ensues! The occasional Sudowoodo blocking the path (that bitch).


Oh, and did I mention you'll have to solve some mysterious while you're exploring Johto? I figured as much. I tend to forget things from time to time. This so-called mystery isn't all that "mysterious." You're just trying to figure out... what's happening to all the Slowpoke! And what's a SilverWing? And why is Team Rocket taking over the radio tower!?


Super original, I know. In case you're lost, this is going to be based off the games Silver/Gold and Soul Silver/Heart Gold. If you've not played them, that's fine. There are walkthroughs available. Besides, it won't be that hard. Catch Pokemon. Win fights. Save the world. Plain and simple.

There are some ground rules. They are as follows:

No duplicate characters, obviously.
No more than three characters per show.
You can have any many characters as you like, too.
You can come and go at will.
You can die, if you'd like, too.
Romance is a part of the fun.
You can pick your side at any point -- and yes, you can leave/change, too.
You cannot have godly Pokemon right off the bat.
No, you cannot win every battle.
Yes, money will be important. So take note of it somewhere.

You don't have to be a canon.

imPURITY

The sound of screams can be heard for miles. The blast from the explosion still reverberates within. The looming cloud of toxic gas floods the sky, casting large, wispy shadows of death all around.

Monsters. They have been unleashed on the town. All hope of humanity and salvation is lost. No one can save those who are not able to be saved. Doomed and damned, the world falls into its darkest hour. Riot forces and the government's finest drawn forth machines of great power to quell the rebellious, but even their bullets are not enough to stop these ungodly mutants from ripping down anyone that stands before them.

That time has long since past. Things are under control now. The government has moved back into a dictatorship-like era, but it's acceptable due to the toughness of times. People still have rights, but they know that their are eyes everywhere, reporting what's happening within the walls of the city.

Sanctum. That's the place people live now. Anyone outside the walls of Sanctum are considered a threat, a danger. Why? For their blood has yet to be cleansed. Since the great explosion known as "The Rebirth," people have been forced to undergo a series of tests to ensure that humanity is now stomped out by an infectious disease of sorts.

Recall, that years ago - about two hundred - the world was ghosted by an explosion so toxic that it transformed humans within a second. Once hit by the radiation, these people succumbed to nothing more than monstrous ghouls and mutants. Some had powers, such as flight, fire, or immortality while others gained superhuman strength and uncanny characteristics like tails and ears.

Although the government put a lid on things, everyone knows that the mutants of the past still exist outside the walls of the Sanctum. To make matters worse, Sanctum is on the brink of a civil war, which will cause much destruction within the city's walls. People fear that the side of injustice will turn to these mutants, employing them as "weapons of mass destruction." Doing as such is deemed punishable by death. But, who's to stop them? Most of the government's forces are busy trying to eradicate streetlights and monster breeches.

There's a rumor that drifts around the back alleyways of Sanctum that states that "On the far side of the land lays another nation whose might and will can crush impurities not from this world." Although no one has the guts to trek across wild land, people know the journey must be made.

Seven nations scattered across Jvaal are torn apart by war. Flames lick across the land, turning all they touch to ash. So is the way of the Fire Nation. Seeking to rule all the nations, the Fire Lord has sent his offspring on a mission to enslave each of the other nations. But, to win, the Fire Lord knows that the greatest beats of all must be stopped for they will not allow world domination. To help his children on their tasks, the Fire Lord bestows the last dragon of the flames to his most loyal child, telling that child that it is their duty to make the dragons extinct.

With the Fire Nation seeking to rule the world and stomp out the dragons, the leaders of the other great nations realize the gravity of the situation. Some of the nations know that their fall immanent as they are a weak nation without any means of an army. Other nations fearfully await the assault, knowing that, despite their best wishes, they too will fall to the Fire Lord's strength.

Sacred creatures from each of the nations are sent to gather in a location unknown to the Fire Lord. High in a tree, these creatures discuss amongst themselves how they will help deter the attacks and put an end to this madness.

It is the actually the wisdom from the sage monkey of the Earth Nation that puts a bit of hope in the creature's minds. He tells his friends from the five other nations of his plan.

"My friends, we are far too old to rise up and put an end to his evil. Let us turn to those of youth and beauty. Those who, too, are being affected by Fire's evil reign. Let us find the knight that best has our nation at heart and send them on a quest. A quest to find the gods - the dragon gods."

All the creatures from each of the six nations agreed to this plan and returned to their home nation carrying the wise sage's suggestion. Immediately, each of the six nations went about conducting a test to select the best knight to represent their nation.

Once a knight was finally selected, they were asked to speak with the lord of their nation and discover their mission - that mission being a mission of life or death. A hard mission, but a mission nonetheless.

Upon receiving the orders, those selected souls were crowned knights and given the task to trek down to the south to find Kred's Cove, which is said to house some very ancient and sacred magics and items.

Our story begins with their arrival at this holy cove....



Rules

+ There are ONLY seven players in this story. Since this isn't based around love, they could all be of the same gender for all I care. But, we really don't need a sausage fest, so do try to add a few females into the mix.

+ Right now, your character probably doesn't have much to their name unless you choose to be come well-known person from your nation. If you're not well-known, you're probably poor. So you won't have a lot of stuff. I don't want to see you carrying a ton of really helpful things if you can't afford them. If you can't buy a gun, you'r SoL. You'll have to make do with something else.

+ You were selected because you have something unique to offer. When you make your character, there will be a section of the profile that will be left blank. I will be filling this out. It has to deal with why you were selected.

+ This role-play requires you to be creative, original, and bold. You're a knight on a dangerous quest. You can't always wait around to see if someone's going to move out of harm's way. You have to just go with things and push the limits of the story without completely godmodding or powerplaying.

+ With that being said, you cannot succeed at everything. Roll a dice if you need to and determine whether or not you're successful. Odds are, you aren't an experienced soldier, so you'll probably get a lot of cuts and bruises along the way.

+ Should your character die (or you become inactive), I have the right to remove your character and open the slot to someone else. You might have won the initial trials, but the nations weren't dumb enough to only pick one. They have backups on standby.

+ You will be searching for a dragon at some point in the story. Once you get your dragon, you will be able to play said dragon, but, until I state otherwise, I shall be controlling all dragon actions.

+ You're heading to a magical place. You might want to think carefully about the items your grab. Will they help or hinder your character? This items you pick now will be with you for the rest of the game. So pick wisely.

+ Have fun and play nicely with the others. Also, all out of character information needs to be in the OOC thread.

+ More rules could be added later. So make sure you visit here from time to time.

THE NATIONS

The Fire Nation (Ifiera): Ruled by Fire Lord xxx; animal guardian is the phoenix. This nation is known for having a personality much like fire. These people are often hot-headed and easily angered. They are feisty and fiery, knowing no bounds or limits. People often say that they are unpredictable and irrational, never knowing when to burn or simmer down. Most born in this nation have black hair and tanned skin as they live closest to the center of the earth. They usually have eyes that mimic the color of flames - yellow, red, or orange.


The Earth Nation (LeFeng): Ruled by King xxx; animal guardian is the monkey. This nation is known for having a personality much like earth. They tend to be very down to earth, never taking anything for granted. Most are very in-tune with nature and understand their limitations, weaknesses, and strengths. They can, sometimes, be shaken or stirred, which can lead to a landslide of nasty traits. They can also be known for giving people the "cold shoulder." Most born in this nation have brown hair and a wide array of skin tones is spotted throughout. As far as eye colors go, most have brown or green eyes, like the color of soil or leaves.


The Water Nation (Ghastalt): Ruled by Lady xxx; animal guardian is the toad. This nation is known for having a personality much like water. They can be very fluid and flexible, adapting to any situation. They can be tranquil and still, too, but they are also known to be wild and rushing. Their emotions usually run their lives and they tend to take everything to heart. Most born in this nation have brown hair like the color of mud. Their skin tones can range from pale to a deep brown. Their eyes are usually either blue, teal, or brown with blue.


The Air Nation (Duufal): Ruled by Priest xxx; animal guardian is the bat. This nation is known for having a personality much like the wind. They are free spirited and unruly. They have a laid-back, care-free mind that likes to wander a lot. Most are very curious and tend to be easily impressed. They can be known to hold grudges and have hot-air within their souls that is just ready to blow someone down. Most born in this nation have light colored hair - bleach blonde or white. All have very fair skin and very pale eyes that are usually either gray or blue.


The Ice Nation (Norstary): Ruled by Prince xxx; animal guardian is the wolf. This nation is known for having a personality much like ice. Bitter and cold most often describes these people, but, they are not always so icy. People of the Ice Nation are known to be solid and strong, too, always sticking to their guns and being very suborn. On the bright side, these people are very open-minded and sturdy, taking whatever life dishes at them without batting so much as an eye. Most born in this nation have pale hair that blends well in the snow and ice. Their skin is the same, being extremely pale, almost white. As far as their eyes go, people from this nation have either icy blue, silver, or white eyes.


The Lightning Nation (Azarrack): Ruled by Princess xxx; animal guardian is the panther. This nation is known for having a personality much like lightning and thunder. These people are loud and rowdy; often known for starting fights and being extremely dramatic. They are known for being painfully blunt and openly honest about things as they do like to see how people react to their notions and comments. But, be wary, these people are known warriors who, without hesitation, can strike fear into the heart of anyone. Most born in this nation have blond hair and their skin tone is usually pretty average with a tint of yellow to it. Eye color seems to range from light blue to pale turquoise to light purple to pale yellow. It's not uncommon to see a two-tone eyes in this nation, either.


The Shadow Nation (Xafier): Ruled by Lord xxx; animal guardian is the snake. This nation is known for having a personality much like darkness and shadows. Though thought as criminals, people hailing from this nation do not usually have such a dark reputation. They are shady people with many secrets, but they are also quite humorous and witty. This nation is all about living life to the fullest, having fun every second of the way. Laughter and pranks are just a part of their daily life. However, it isn't uncommon to come across a sappy, depressed, or deranged person, either. The Shadow Nation tends to swing one way or the other - you're either happy or you're sad. Most born in this nation have black or gray hair. Their skin color can be either very pale or even greyish-white, but it can also range on the darker side where it almost looks black. The typical eye color is slate gray, but it's not uncommon to see people with deep purple eyes or even rudy red.

Rise Again

More or less a 'save the kingdom' story. An ongoing war has lasted for ten years now. The kingdom is falling into the hands of a greedy demon king. In a last-ditch effort to save her kingdom, Queen Nhira splits her soul in seven. Seven feathers dance away into the wind and fly their way toward seven chosen individuals who might come together to save the kingdom.

A good ol' hack and slash zombie killing story. I envision this one playing out like Fallout meets Prototype. Mutated people, who are hated and feared by all, will need to save the world from the monsters that caused their nasty alterations.

Just your average airship battle where clashing sides are fighting for control over the land. You've got good vs evil and, if this war continues on, you won't have anyone left to fight for. Something needs to give and the tides seem to be favoring the villains. Perhaps it's time to take fate into your own hands.

28 DAYS: Don't Keep Me Waiting

I'm feeling a timed roleplay. Where you've got 28 days to complete a task. You fail. The story ends. You pass, the story moves onto the next time block. It could a be free for all. The mission... that's still a work in progress. I'm really just posting this out here to see if anyone would even want to play a timed game. Odds are it'll be short and quick, but it might be fun. It'll also get us to think on our toes and do things spur of the moment.

Pokemon + Warriors
So I just bought the game Pokemon Conquest and I wanna make a Pokemon game it. Granted, I am only four months into the game (so only 30 minutes worth of play) and don't know where this game is gonna go from there, but I like the general idea.

I think I would like to have warriors (not sure what kind yet) living in a world of Pokemon. Eac warrior could only have maybe up to three partners. With their partners help, they need to vanquish evil and convert others to join their forces. I see the romance of the three kingdoms coming into play now. There will be three sides all fighting for power. And then there would be a demon army or something -- the badguys -- who are seeking to capture a rare pokemon. Or maybe several rare Pokemon. And maybe a legendary sword or object that can control these rare Pokemon.

Anyway, the game would start off with four sites - the three kingdoms that want to save the land and then the villains. The three kingdoms will fight one another up until a point where they will, probably, want to join forces to defeat the villains.

I envision the demon army to be like Team Rocket or something. The other nations would be like Ash, Red, Green.... whatever you wanna call them.

Oh and the reason you don't get six Pokemon is because I don't want things to be too outta control. I also think thhe nations will have their own types. Like one nation miht be famous for fire, eletricity, and rock types. Anotherr might be water, flying, and ice. The third could be grass, bug, and poison. Idk yet. xD Rogue warriors ccould get whatever they want, I guess.

That's the idea. Any takers?

Would anyone be up for a samurai/ninja romance of the three kingdoms sort of roleplay? I've been playing Warriors Orochi (KOEI Warriors game) way too much and would love to create a story that revolves around warring nations clashing swords and trying to rule the land. Could be canons or original characters. No real preference.

What was supposed to be a seamlessly harmless retreat has turned into your worst nightmare. This time away from it all was supposed to help you refocus, regroup. It was to help you find your center, your core. It was supposed to be fun.

... this nightmare is hardly fun.

Rules

This is a free-for-all world that takes place on a series of islands. Characters came to this island to find peace, serenity, and happiness. It was to a be reset from the highly technological, stressful daily happenings.

Characters should be human in nature -- at first. Upon being exposed to the atmosphere on this island, your body will start to undergo changes. One second you're human, and the next you might have superpowers. Are you a new form of mutant? Or have you always been like this?

If you don't want to have superpowers, you don't have to. Perfectly normal humans are a-okay. Heck, if they weren't, you and I wouldn't be sitting here reading this right now, right?

No post limit or size required. Post what you want, when you want.

Please, no killing off other characters without my prior approval.


Background

TERMINOLOGY & INFO:

• Hunter -- Since using the term "hero" sounds weird, they use the term hunter. Hunters are those who use their powers for good. They want to get off this island and, to do that, they must hunt the wild animals (villains) that seek to destroy them.
• Demon -- These are the villains of our story. They are the ones that lost themselves to the power and were driven into the darkness. They seek to rule the world, enslave people, or use their powers for evil. They have reverted to feral ways and cannot be saved. They must be hunted or they will rise together and bring about the end.
• Gainuh (Gai) -- The island you're on. It is a large island with a dense forest. The beaches here are not lovely and, to make it worst, besides your evil human kin, the actual wild animals of the forest want to kill you.
• Flora and Fauna -- Any plants or animals you see on the island of Gainuh will be far larger and scarier than you've ever seen. Everything, even a mouse, could eat you. Due to the atmosphere on the island, everything had mutated and changed.
• Gairison -- The Gainuh prison. This area makes it plainly obvious that the air here has something in it. This prison holds a lot of bones and rotting corpses. Gives you the impression that you're not alone, nor were you the first one here.
• Kaihal -- This is a factory of sorts that is run by robots that far out date our time. They appear to be of the future. Whatever you input into the command station, they create. This is where you will build your gear, familiars, and weapons.
• Familiars -- Your animal companion, if you have one.
  

Characters

Our characters are going to start off as normal people. You came to this island to get away from it all. Only, once you land, you begin to feel sick. You start coughing and soon black out. When you come to, your body aches and you feel strange. This is when it all starts to change. This is when you begin to make your stance. With great power, comes great responsibility. How will you fair? Will you rise to become a hunter (hero)? Or will you fall to the darkness and become a demon (villain).

Profiles must include, based on the highlighted sections, the following. Please note that there is no official form. You can be as detailed in your responses as you want. You can be as creative in your design as you want. I just need to make sure you touch on the following:

DESCRIPTION:
