Hello, I've been on this site for a bit and I've got a general hang on things but I feel there is more I could learn. I would appreciate a quick overview of the things that can be donewith this site as ageneral notion of how things work here. Thank you in advance.

Also I've been working on this, and I realize a few things:
1. I talk to much.
2. There are a LOT of things on this site.
3. I know to many many things . . . but mostly I talk to much.
