All Points Bulletin: A Cops & Robbers Roleplay

I created this roleplay off of a game which is a rather popular and I felt it'd be nice to see a cops and robbers roleplay in a unique place. I'm still organizing and making my own character to start things but I expect it to have some good roleplayers in it. If you don't know the game then do a search and learn about it before making a character. You can apply some real life knowledge as well as some things are rather the same.

Setting: Both districts of San Pero. These districts are the Financial district and Waterfront. A sprawling city with rampant crime.

That is all until I feel liked editing this again and fixing it up. :(
