Inbox looks odd

My inbox looks odd. My Messages looks as they usually do until I try to view the Inbox. Then it all looks strange. Instead of options and folders being show at the sidebar and the messages in the middle everything lies in the middle. All my PMs are show in a falling order but options and the likes lay at the bottom of the page. Is this a new design or is it a bug?

OK it fixed itself now. Must have been a temporary bug. :/ Or just some kind of cookie error.
