well when you look at Lancelot he is able to turn a steel pipe into an item that can harm another noble phantasm and then when he gets let's say a C level noble phantasm it becomes a A level because of his ability and I'm not saying you can copy major powers like this one but you would be able to steal his class skill of mad enhancement for a short period of time or when you steal the power its a weaker version like mad enhancement buffs all of lancelot's stats but luck and charisma where yours would only buff one stat of your choice but you would suffer from the same drawbacks

actually I have an idea because you're doing robin hood you could have a noble phantasm that uses his Steel from the rich give to the poor where you are able to copy another servants power for a period of time
