Hi there! Just wanted to let you know I spoke with Kokonimo after she got your message so I'm up to speed. I hope you don't mind just the three of us taking on Act I. I think it will be fun~

I'm just going to try and get some characters made, I wanted to ask you who you'd be interested in playing along with Yumi?

Oh. But I just can't believe he died! At least he died happy?And whenever I finish or go through an anime or manga, I usually research every bit of it. From the opening songs to the makers. I'm just obsessive like that. And so after I finished 'Solanin', I wondered if there was actually a real song named Solanin. So, I searched it up on google and there it was! There was a song named after the manga. I'm listening to it right now. And even though I may not understand what the heck they're saying, it reminds me of the manga.
I also learned that they made a live-action movie on it.


And I'll try to get started on the banner ASAP, but it's kinda late so I might finish it tomorrow or so...

Well, that is true. It is kinda weird now that he's so much taller than me. It makes me feel minuscule in comparison. XDIt does take some time for me to make special charas, mostly because I just need... 'inspiration'. I probably sound like a dork, don't I? But I do like to put effort on my creations, just to stake my claim. Now, if only I knew how to draw...

I can't seem to remember but did you say that Solanin was ongoing? Because I 'finished' or at least, read the last scanlation they had, and I was in tears. Why did he have to die?!? I bawled when both 'Billy' and Meiko cried for Taneda.

It kinda bums me that we don't talk as much anymore. When we went to middle school together, there were three of us: me, Stu (the guy who lost his dad), and Josh. We were like best friends. And now that we're in high school, it got harder to spend time together. I have classes mostly with Josh but none with him. But yeah, he's as annoying as ever, but in a good way.

I will tell you when I finish this chara, m'kay? I'm just as excited as you! XD

Ooh. So, in a way, you're somewhat 'evangeli-roleplaying' people. That's great, actually. We could use a LOT more roleplayers in this world. Otherwise, it would be a dry, barren, unimaginative place and we would all go through everyday in a monotonous routine. Yay for imagination!

That's good... that you are able to relate to your character I mean. Actually, the most of the people I've met have single parents because they're divorced. There was this one exception. This close guy friend of mine's father passed away when we were in seventh grade. I wasn't able to go to the funeral but went to the mass dedicated to him. That was a horrible time. He unnecessarily started asking out many, many girls and it took him a year to get over it. I actually stuck by his side. It hurt me to see him like this. I'm just glad he's back to his old self, even if we don't necessarily talk to each other like we used to.


Actually, that gave me a base idea for another original character...

I haven't actually roleplayed with school friends. I'm afraid none of them are as 'imagination-savvy' as I am. XD They would rather text away on their phones are play on Facebook the whole night through than just rp. But then again, there's 250+ people in my high school so there's a lot of people I don't know yet.I just found out that these things do have limits... -.-
It is easier to play a character you can easily relate to, especially when you've went through the same thing you character did. So, have you went through something like that?

Thanks! All my other characters seem pretty genetic, like she lost a mother/father or he had been abused when he was younger, or something like that. I just feel like there are too much of them but too few actually hit the mark when it comes to role playing these characters. The thing is, I don't know how they feel. I mean, I read books but they're nothing like the real thing. I've never lost a parent and I've never been abused when I was younger. (Well, except for a few spanks on my bottom when I was really young...) But I have felt betrayal before, although not on a big scale like Aza has.

People say I'm patient, but then I would retort with, "That's not true!" or something like that. Turns out I am patient, just not when teaching somebody. Which is my downfall because nearly everybody asks me for homework help. XD
Honestly, I haven't actually talked to anyone like this before. Usually, when I roleplay, I talk to my partners because either we have to come up with a plot change or just small talk. And, if I'm not mistaken, I think we've talked to each other for about four days. Five days after 75 minutes on my clock.

You're welcome! I mostly read manga but it helps if they also make an anime out of it, providing that they don't botch it. Even though it may take longer, it's worth the wait, if it's really good. Like Gosick. It just finished airing and the first few episodes were pretty easy to solve but when it got to the climax, I was dying to know what would happen next. I guess I am somewhat over-active when it comes to things like that.
And I'm, generally, a shy person, too! We do have a lot in common! So far, during the past four days, I've made 2 friends without the help of anyone else. So, I guess that's a start. I mean, I do know people there, but it wouldn't hurt to make new ones.
I do base my characters on myself, but I do tend to make them more outgoing than I really am... -.-

I'm actually a high school freshman this year so I guess we're somewhat alike. And I wish you good luck in finding a job! I still do watch anime and read manga, although I do the latter more often. I'm feeling really lethargic this week. I'm so ready to plop on my bed and sleep the weekend away!
